Order Acceptance
All orders are processed only after verification of a valid doctor’s prescription (as per Indian law).
Orders without valid prescriptions may be cancelled or refused.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Prescription Policy
Customers must upload or share a clear and valid prescription before order processing.
We may verify your prescription over WhatsApp, call, or at the time of delivery.
Delivery
We currently deliver only within Lucknow city limits.
Deliveries are made within 1–2 hours in most cases, depending on location and availability.
We are not liable for delays due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
Pricing & Discounts
Branded Medicines: 10–15% discount (as per availability and MRP).
Branded Substitutes: 20–40% discount on doctor-approved alternatives.
Pricing and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
We do not offer fake/duplicate medicines. Your health and trust are our top priority.
Return & Refund Policy
At Genuine Pharmacy, we ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered correctly. However, if any issue arises, we follow a fair and simple return policy:
Returns are accepted only if:
You received a wrong medicine
The product is damaged or expired at the time of delivery
No returns will be accepted for correctly delivered medicines, as per government guidelines.
In case of an approved return:
The value of the returned item will be adjusted in your next order with us.
We do not offer cash refunds, but your money is never lost – it stays with us as a purchase credit for future use.

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary for order fulfillment and communication.
We never share your personal or medical data with third parties.
